I have 2 packages from China that have been in customs since August 31...Please Help!?

I frequently order from china, and never have i had a problem getting packages, usually takes about a week, once it hits customs i have it the next day! But for some reason i have 2 packages that have been sitting there since August 31st, can anyone help me, I tried calling customs at JFK, and they said they can't help me....AUGH I'm so rustrated.

How do you know they are even in customs? Did the sender tell you that or did the US authorities tell you? Chinese people aren't that trust worthy.

can you tell me what items are in the packages? do you send by express company for exsample DHL? who help you to send them? i'm in foreign trade company.i can help you with this.
