Yes, we have Zara here in Hong Kong, in ifc mall, Pacific Place and New Town Plaza in Shatin as well.

Both Zara and Mango can be found in the biggest malls in Hong Kong. Generally, when you find a Zara store, a Mango store is not far behind. They always just close to each other.
As for Topshop, I am really not sure. I do not recall seeing one yet, although there's now H & M Stores there.
