I am researching on Priceline for Hong Kong hotels as we are going there in February. We are considering going to Fa Yuen Street, Women Street and surroundings (Prince Edward wedding mall?) and any Major malls that you can suggest me .. So my real question is: Where should I book my hotel? Clost to MTR pls!! East HK Island, West HK Island, Tsim Sha Tsui, Tsuen Wan, CEntral Kowloon?? Thanks!

It doesn't really matter as long as you're close to a MTR station although I wouldn't get too far east or west on HK Island or too far north on the Kowloon side. Anywhere in Central, Causeway Bay, Wanchai or Tsim Sha Tsui that's near an MTR station is where most tourists stay and you'll be very close to a mall in any of those areas. There's malls and shopping everywhere, Harbor City and Times Square are good depending on what you're looking for, here's a good website that lists places to shop:

You can stay anywhere in Hong Kong that is belongs to Kowloon in nature as all the place you stated is located in Kowloon. There are several hotels near Tsim Sha Tsui that is pretty close to MTR Station, so this area is a great area for you to actually booked for. Tsim Sha Tsui East is also good too, as East Tsim Sha Tsui Stn is nearby and you can take east rail to Mong Kok East which is faster and cheaper than Tsuen Wan line. Tsuen Wan is also fine but is far from Kowloon and even further from Hong Kong Island. Its only near to the Airport and its located at New Territories.
